Positive Review for Hotel Andrea in Mayrhofen:
Hotel Andrea is a spotless and fantastic place that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Its quiet setting is very close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. Plus, it is ideally located right by the Penkenbahn gondola, as well as both the Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn gondolas.

Perfect small hotel with very attentive and excellent staff members who let me check in early and leave my luggage on check-out. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, an easy walk to everywhere. Positioned in the nice enough area, adjacent to both Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn gondola's, and skiing.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms, nice view from the balcony, close to the ski lifts ( we didn't use them as wrong season) but could see them right next door to the hotel. Excellent facilities. Very quiet place. Staff friendly and helpful
Breakfast ok but would have liked more selection but I guess this was a standard buffet breakfast.

Was really impressed with the room I was given and the facilities were very good. The balcony had fantastic views and the area was quiet but also only 3 minutes away from the main street.
The brochure does not do it justice with the pictures of the couple-it makes it appear a bit tacky and this is not what you feel when you arrive

Our second stay in Hotel Andrea - and nothing has changed. The staff is still super-friendly, speaks fluent english, very nice, very helping, glad to assist in whatever you need and explain what questions you may have. Since the hotel was opened to the winter season just 1 day before our stay, it was quite empty so we got upgraded to a better room with no extra charge. Great internet connection, private parking, awesome location in Mayrhofen, good breakfast. No complinats

Great location - seconds from the lifts and some lively bars, wonderful breakfast, the dinner for €10 was delicious, the spa area with sauna and solarium was lovely... everything was much better than we were expecting!
I was surprised to see so few young couples/groups of friends, but that may have just been the time of year.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with beautiful traditional Austrian furnishings and cozy seating areas where seniors can relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The general areas are well-maintained and pristine, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is very accessible for senior people, with easy-to-navigate hallways and a convenient lift that makes getting to the rooms effortless.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there, especially for senior guests. It would have been helpful to have someone available to help carry bags or provide additional support during check-in and check-out.
